Capturx for Microsoft OneNote automatically integrates your handwritten notes on paper into Office, where they are backed-up, organized, searchable, and shareable. Simply write in a Capturx notebook – or print your own blank sheets. The digital pen records all the handwriting and automatically integrates it into OneNote. Powerful character recognition enables the handwriting to be searched or converted to digital text. OneNote supports shared notebooks on file servers or SharePoint, so teams can use Capturx to aggregate notes across team members, making notes instantly shared, searchable and backed-up. Outdoor note takers can take notes on the all-weather Rite-in-the-Rain notebooks.

Capturx works with Excel and SharePoint to provide forms solutions to our customers. With Excel, customers can easily create, design, and modify forms, and then printed on plain paper using many common printers. The forms are completed with digital pen that leaves a paper record and also sends digital data to Excel or SharePoint, instantly through Bluetooth and cell phones or stored on the pen until a PC connection is available. Once integrated the data is formatted and placed in the correct forms and cells. Each form is instantly available on Excel or SharePoint in the original handwriting and as converted data for analysis, workflow automation, or use in other applications. Capturx for SharePoint is available as a hosted service or deployable on premises.
