Ms. Condon joined Adapx' board to replace and at the recommendation of former board member Gen. Peter Chiarelli. Kathryn is a former Senior Government Executive with proven leadership, financial and public relations experience ideal for driving positive change in a large, diverse organization. She has sixteen years experience as a Department of Defense Senior Executive creating, overseeing and administering a broad range of policy, programs and operations including Interagency Coordinator for Military Support to Civilian Authorities for Homeland Security; the first civilian Army Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations; and the senior civilian for the Army’s industrial base, the US Army Materiel Command. Her last government position held was the Executive Director of Army National Military Cemeteries and while there she was recognized as the leader responsible for the complete turnaround of the intensely scrutinized, public scandal at Arlington National Cemetery prior to her appointment. Kathryn is currently serving as the Principal for Kathryn A. Condon & Associates, LLC, an independent agency that capitalizes on her years of extensive leadership experience in strategic planning, resource management, fiscal accountability, organizational redesign and dynamic ability to proactively drive positive change.
