Capturx for ArcGIS Desktop: Lifecycle Fact Sheet 

Every software product has a lifecycle. The lifecycle begins when a product is released and ends when it's no longer supported or sold. Knowing key dates in this lifecycle helps you make informed decisions about when to upgrade or make other changes to your software. Following are details about the Capturx for ArcGIS Desktop lifecycle.

End of Upgrades
Capturx for ArcGIS Desktop 1.3 which supports ArcGIS Desktop 10.0 will be the last release for this software product. Moving forward, Adapx will offer custom solutions that support digital pen use with ArcGIS Runtime. For more information, contact [email protected].

End of Support
Through December 2014, Adapx Tech Support will continue to offer online, email, and phone help to customers who have an active Software Assurance agreement. This help will primarily consist of user education. There will be no new software versions if new product issues are discovered during tech support assistance.

End of Sales
Through December 2013, Adapx Sales will continue to sell new seat licenses of
Capturx for ArcGIS Desktop 1.3.
