Why can’t I edit the red lines and markups?

Capturx PDF markups are permanent and cannot be edited – including no ability to save a note within the markup’s pop-up Capturx window. This allows the markups to be an archival record of what was written on the printout. If allowed based on the pdf file’s security settings, you can add a comment using Adobe commenting tools.
