I docked my pen and data came off the pen, but data was not integrated into the file.

This can happen for several different reasons: the file is open; the file is read-only; the file is rights protected; the file was renamed and was not re-enabled; or the file was moved and not re-enabled. Please check that the file is closed and not rights protected or read only. If the file was renamed or moved, then please navigate to the file, right mouse click and select "Enable for Capturx PDF Markup..." so that the new name or location of the file can be registered with the Capturx software.
