A: Make sure you follow these steps… Pairing BlackBerry with Digital Pen:

1. Navigate on BlackBerry home screen, select Manage connections, then select Set Up Bluetooth, and Search.
2. Uncap digital pen, so BlackBerry pairing mode succeeds.
    -Once search completes, the Bluetooth device list   appears. The digital pen may take 30 sec to appear.
3. Select digital pen device name, “DP-201”*
4. Enter Passkey dialog appears, enter 4 digit pin number** of the digital pen

*If “DP-201” doesn’t appear, cap and uncap digital pen to refresh device list.
** PIN number is provided in digital pen box on a label or located using Capturx Pen Manager by docking the digital pen to a PC.
